Information you give us. When you request a Growth Snapshot or contact us, we collect your name, work email, website, the ad spend range and goal you select, and anything you write in your message.
Conversations. If you use the chat window on our site, the chat provider processes your messages so we can reply.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. Our forms use spam protection services that analyze submissions to block abuse.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work. We will ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies where the law requires it, and you can change your choice at any time.
We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing a contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, balanced against your rights; your consent, for analytics and advertising cookies and any optional marketing; and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own terms and only for that purpose: website hosting, email, form spam protection (including Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet), website chat, and, once enabled with your consent, analytics tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Our providers may process data in the United States, Türkiye and other countries, so your information may be transferred outside the country where you live.
We keep Snapshot and contact requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
California and other US states. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can request to know, correct or delete personal information, and can opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email info@g4astudio.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within the time limits the law sets, generally 30 days under the GDPR and 45 days under California law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If we send you marketing emails, every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly as required by the US CAN-SPAM Act.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
